Within the factory in Osaka, Japan there is a dedicated manufacturing facility and capability exclusively for this unique reaming product line. Available for every perceptible size, material and hole finishing requirement our standard range is vast and complete.

Uniquely in the market one outstanding feature, provided from a selection of our range, is an ‘end cutting’ capability. This means that the leading edges of the reamer are in fact of a similar geometry to that of an end mill so, during the process, any minute hole alignment deviations are machined out and corrected as by the reamer as it feeds through the hole/bore!

Solutions for through holes:

  • UPDATED LINE: Tough Cut Skill Reamer (SRS) Standard options available to suit diameters 3.0mm to 30.0mm.
  • UPDATED LINE: Carbide Mill Reamer (HMS) Standard options available to suit diameters 3.0mm to 30.0mm.
  • Carbide PF Radical Mill Reamer (RMSS & RDSS). Standard options available to suit diameters 3.0mm to 30.0mm.
  • Carbide Broach Reamer (SX) Standard options available to suit diameters 2.0mm to 30.0mm.
  • HSS Broach Reamer (BRS) Standard options available to suit diameters 2.0mm to 30.0mm.

  • UPDATED LINE: Tough Cut Skill Reamer (SRS-F). Standard options available to suit diameters 4.0mm to 30.0mm.
  • NC Sensor Reamer (NCS-F). Standard options available to suit diameters 4.0mm to 20.0mm.
