Adjustable Solutions

NIKKEN guarantee capabilities of <5µm run-out with all NC Tool products. At extended lengths or with older machine spindles this is unrealistic and practically impossible to achieve.

However NIKKEN's adjustable solutions allows deformation by a simple internal Cam adjustment ring (intensifying mechanism). Easily adjustable by a wrench for increased accuracy, this can be done both on a tool presetter or in the M/C spindle, increasing overall efficiency and productivity.
