EMO 2017

NIKKEN Kosakusho Europe Ltd. Will be returning to EMO in September and showcasing a range of new and enhanced product developments.

NIKKEN are exhibiting in Hall 5, Stand G59 and have delegates from 14 countries supporting customers from across Europe, South Africa, the USA, Japan and beyond.

A wide range of NIKKEN technology will be on show during the exhibition, with the latest developments in shrink-fit, including balanceable shrink and shrink-fit X-Treme variants. Other developments in toolholding include the new Zero-fit holder with additional cams and Mini-Mini Advanced a type, offering superior performance and accuracy at up to 30,000rpm (G2.5).

The NIKKEN Boring range has been further developed and now includes ZMAC Advanced, RAC Advanced and a larger version of the highly successful eMAC digital boring system; the eMAC XL, offering finished boring capacity of up to Ø200mm with digital adjustment in increments of 1µm.

CNC rotary table developments being showcased include Compact and Hybrid 5-Axis direct-drive tables that have the potential to enhance customers’ manufacturing methods and improve efficiency – reducing the time taken to manufacture complex components leading to reduced costs and improved competitiveness.

EMO Hannover 2017

The latest range of NIKKEN Reamers will be on display and are used extensively in applications where long life and a highly accurate finish is an absolute requirement. NIKKEN has standardized reamers used for difficult-to-cut materials and those dedicated for cutting aluminium and non-ferrous metals – NIKKEN Reamers are suitable for machining all material types. A range of the latest reamer technology will be on show, including DLC and TiN coatings for a vast array of challenging applications.

In addition to the NIKKEN products on display there will be the usual showcase of technology from collaborative product partners. The latest range of tool presetters will be available from Elbo Controlli including the revolutionary TiD system and Angle Head presetting capabilities. This will be complemented by the latest spindle optimisation solutions from Alberti, with Angle Heads and high-speed machining solutions amongst the products on display.

Industry 4.0 is one of the buzzwords being used in manufacturing at the moment, with solutions offering varying levels of complexity being developed by most leading companies in order to stay one step ahead on the technology ladder. NIKKEN has developed a strategy to employ the latest technology to products in an innovative way, ensuring that customer investment delivers tangible benefits – live demonstrations will be on show during the whole exhibition, visit NIKKEN on Stand G59 in Hall 5 to learn about the future of manufacturing.
