During the last few weeks, NIKKEN have been doing all we can to support and protect NIKKEN Kosakusho Europe, it’s partners, staff and customers during these unprecedented times. Today, however, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend business of our European warehouses, distribution and repair and installation services at all sites.
At NIKKEN, people are the heart of our operations and, therefore, the safety and well-being of our people and customers will always be the number one priority for us. We have taken this decision with a heavy heart, but believe it is absolutely the right thing to do.
No more products will be shipped after the 23rd March and no service works will take place until further notice.Last receipt of goods from suppliers will be scheduled for the 24th March 2020.We will endeavour to re-open when it is safe and responsible to do so and in accordance with government advice.
Despite the suspension of distribution, service and installation functions, all other departments remain operative. Your local Business Manager is still contactable for advice, solutions and orders via telephone, email and skype/teams. Our technical teams are also on standby to assist you with engineering consultancy.
