Brand New Innovations from EMO 2019

EMO 2019 saw NIKKEN launch a range of brand new Rotary Table and Tooling Solutions which have been designed and developed at the NIKKEN HQ and factory based in Japan.

Our new Tooling solutions include the Mini Mini Master Chuck with increased gripping force and TiN bearing system, Hybrid Shrink Fit Holder for high speed, high accurracy and heavy milling and finally, the DSK Slim Chuck designed specifically for drilling.

NIKKEN have also released a new range of ultra-lightweight boring arbours for large diameter and a range of Reamers.

Brand new Rotary Tables include the NCT250 which is another great solution for compact machine tools, the NCT200-2W-250 joins the NCT family following the hugely popular NCT200 as well as the addition of the 5AX-2MT-180-250-205.

Mini Mini Master Chuck

The new high rigidity, heavy duty Mini Mini Master Chuck has been developed with an increased gripping force and patented TiN Bearing System. Fine balance can also be acheived after chucking using simple adjustment screws and a high torque VMK-H collet is also available.

Run-out accuracy : 0.003mm at 4 x D

High speed milling : MAX 20,000min-1 & G2.5

Hybrid Shrink Fit Holder

The new Hybrid Shrink Fit Holder can achieve high speed, high accuracy and heavy milling. The composite structure moderately reduces reduces vibration during machining as well as easy to fit VMK-SF shrink fit adaptor using a wrench.

DSK Slim Chuck

The new DSK Slim Chuck has been design specifically for drilling and features a new design nut with external thread. This is highly suited to fine particle machining/grinding applications and has a high pressure coolant option using AC collet.
