E346V+ Tool Presetter

The presetter is a perfect fit for direct use within a workshop to improve productivity and increase efficiency whilst also reducing costs. All of our E346B series presetting machines can massively benefit these two environments, minimising human error and increasing production capacity by measuring tools without downtime.

The use of natural granite as a key construction element allows our tool presetters to have a high degree of dimensional stability, guaranteeing accuracy and repeatability of measurements. When granite makes the difference!

We have in addition dedicated a lot of attention to the development of the spindle holders, a fundamental element for a successful measurement. Our spindle holders are all interchangeable, drastically reducing coupling error.

E346BV is equipped with the vacuum clamping system (VACUUM): the vacuum generated inside the interchangeable rotating spindle holder allows total adaptability to cater for various types of pull stud, i.e. without the use of adapters. Why not have the best?

The adoption of the 15,6" touch screen monitor on our presetters improves usability, efficiency and accuracy, helping to optimise the entire production process and making the presetting experience simple and intuitive.

The new graphical interface features a simple and organised layout, reducing the number of clicks required to complete tasks.Elements are arranged to be easily accessible, reducing learning time. Everything you need is here and included!
