NIKKEN is pleased to introduce Steffen Brück as the new Regional Sales Manager for Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, and Switzerland, a region known for its strong engineering tradition and innovative strength.

With decades of industry experience and deep technical expertise, Steffen is ideally positioned to support customers in these areas with high-performance solutions from NIKKEN.

Steffen began his career in 1988 with an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic specializing in machining technology at SCHUNK SE in Lauffen am Neckar. He successfully completed this training as second place winner in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) Heilbronn. In the following years, he worked at SCHUNK in the areas of testing, clamping technology, and toolholding – including on machining centers with FANUC control systems and NIKKEN 5-axis rotary tables for the production of prototypes and individual parts in shift operation.

In 2000, Steffen moved into sales, initially taking on technical customer support and complaint handling for SCHUNK chucks. He later worked in field sales for CNC machine tools from well-known manufacturers such as Mori Seiki, Quaser, and HAAS Automation. In 2005, he became self-employed, focusing on the sales of machine tools from the U.S. company HAAS Automation – a role he held until 2019. He then worked in robotics and automation, with a focus on FANUC robotic cells. Most recently, he was active in the sales of FANUC’s RoboDrill CNC machines in Baden-Württemberg.

With over 24 years of sales experience and solid technical knowledge, Steffen is a reliable partner when it comes to developing customized solutions for maximum productivity and efficiency. His broad experience and customer-focused approach make him a valuable addition to the NIKKEN team.
