Machine Capabilities at NICe

The NIKKEN Innovation Centre Europe (NICe) is home to a full suite of machining centres, intended to represent a range of typical industries, processes and applications. With varying specifications, tapers, spindles, layouts and machining envelopes, our machining capability is such that we can recreate representative processes from across the full manufacturing spectrum.

In addition to process replication, the selection of machine tools that we have at our disposal presents many opportunities for process development, tooling trials, benchmarking, and even batch production of components where only the resource is required. The machining capabilities are fully supported by our team of expertly trained advanced manufacturing engineers, with many years’ experience and a full understanding of the NIKKEN product range. This in mind, we are well placed to conduct any engineering project work, from resource loan to fully managed turn-key solutions.

All of our machines are fully tooled with NIKKEN products and are also available to demonstrate the full range of benefits that they can provide to any application.
