Celebrating 25 years of NIKKEN Turkey

Celebrating 25 years of NIKKEN Turkey. 

2026 marks an incredible milestone – 25 years of NIKKEN Turkey.  

This month, colleagues gathered at the NIKKEN Innovation Centre to celebrate the occasion. It was a privilege to recognise the dedication commitment and achievements of Ayhan and his team, whose hard work has helped to establish a strong and respected presence in the Turkish manufacturing industry over the past quarter of a century. 

To mark the occasion, NIKKEN Kosakusho Europe CEO Tony Bowkett presented Ayhan with a specially engraved commemorative salver in recognition of this remarkable achievement. 

We were also honoured to be joined virtually by President and CEO, Mr Nagahama, who delivered an inspiring address, thanking the team for their unwavering commitment. 

“25 years is not a simple number. It represents 25 years of commitment, patience, and dedication. It also represents countless decisions, challenges, and successes along the way.  

The past 25 years have not always been so easy. We have experienced together the global financial crisis, the Covid-19 pandemic, political and international conflict; despite these challenges, NIKKEN Turkey has continued to move forward. For that, I would like to express my deepest respect to Ayhan and every member of the NIKKEN Turkey team.  

Ayhan has always believed that a company's strength is not measured during good times. It is built during difficult times. The history of NIKKEN Turkey clearly demonstrates that strength. You can all be proud of what has been accomplished, but at the same time I believe that this anniversary is not your destination. It is a new starting point.  

The trust you have built with your customers, the technical knowledge you have developed, and the reputation you have built in the market will become the foundation for even greater succes ahead. The industries we serve are among the most important industries in the world. Together we support the manufacturing technologies that make modern society possible. But our mission remains important, and our future remains bright. As partners, we've experienced many successes and challenges. I sincerely hope we will continue to grow together, learn from one another, and strengthen our relationship for years to come.  

Lastly, I would like to wish Ayhan, your family, and the families and employees of NIKKEN Turkey good health, happiness and success.” 

Ayhan and NIKKEN Turkey were also presented a 'Happy Cat', a Japanese lucky symbol of respect and gratitude to attract people and customers.
