The accuracy concerns were also doubled with heavy down time caused by multiple manual setups when using existing 4th Axis solutions.
To reduce this excess none cutting time and provide the access and positioning for the port angles around their components, NIKKEN offered the versatile and efficient 5AX-201 Tilting Rotary Table.
By incorporating an additional axis into the process, optimum performance was achieved, with highly accurate and precise results alongside the ultimate benefit of considerably reduced fine tuning and setting up for each part and position.
